      10/15Kg plate Burpee - box step overs

      OVH squats with barbell (40/20kg)

      Chest touch push ups


      Postworkout:

      3 Rounds of 20s Monkey hang

      ....then immediatelly AMAP

      Kipping pull ups in 30s
