      Workout:

      5 rounds 5x Power snatch (60/35Kg) 10x/leg Double KB/DB step-ups onto 20" box (AHAP) (20/16/10Kg)


      Postworkout:

      KTB bottom up squat and press technique (minuta 4:05 ve videu)

      4 Rounds of 7 reps each arm
