10 min. to find 1RM power snatch
Workout:
15 min. AMRAP
5 HSPU + 10s hold on top every repetition
5 Hang squat snatch (50/20-25Kg)
5 Burpee over bar

20 pistols KTB bottom up (10Kg mens) each leg

Bring sally up
Push ups
