      Jumping pull ups

      One legged KTB deadlift

      Hold in plank


      Strength:

      10 min. to find today´s 1RM of Deadlift


      Workout:

      Team workout

      Max rounds in 8 minutes 1x Deadlift (120-150Kg/70-100Kg) 1-3-5-7....Pull-ups Continue adding 2 reps to the pull-ups each successive round until failure or time expires.
