      3 Rounds of 10 reps:

      Standing barbell pressess

      Medball cleans

      60Kg Deadlift


      Strength: EMOM until failur

      1 Clean - 2 Shoulder pressess (behind head)

      add 1 Shoulder press every new minute


      Workout: Record average time for all intervals Run 10x400m Rest for 5x(interval time)
